DELIVERY:

UKRAINE, BELARUS, MOLDOVA and other CIS countries *

Delivery is made by the state postal service Correos España. You pick up the parcels at your State Post office. Each parcel is assigned a tracking number , by which you can track the delivery status through special Internet resources. The average delivery time is 10-14 days.

Shipping is calculated automatically , just add the items you need to your shopping cart, select your country and you will see the current price.

UKRAINE

For Ukraine once a month we organize free shipping .

- delivery is carried out by the transport company Meest Spain

-   You pick up the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch ( NP services in Ukraine are paid for by you !) Do not forget to indicate the number of the Nova Poshta branch in the "order delivery address" column.

- You can place multiple orders before shipping. We will combine them into one and calculate the total discount provided by the order amount.

- the weight of the order does not matter

- the minimum order amount is 15 € (the amount in hryvnia varies depending on the exchange rate) .

- delivery time about 10 days from the date of dispatch

- we announce the dates of dispatch in the newsletter from the site. To receive such information, you must be registered on the site!

If you do not want to wait for the appointed time of free delivery, we will send your order in the usual paid way (see prices in the "Russia and other CIS countries" section)

EUROPE + England and Ireland

Average delivery time is 3-7 days.

We recommend the delivery method without a track number for orders of low value, since these parcels are not insured and we do not bear any responsibility in case of their loss . That is, NO number is assigned to the parcel, it is impossible to track it or apply for a search in case of loss.

Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

We ship orders within 1-2 days after 100% payment (excluding weekends and holidays). A notification will be sent to your email address with information about when your package was sent and a tracking number for tracking.

When placing an order , please check that your address and zip code are correct . If you have entered incorrect information in the "order delivery address" column, we decline all responsibility for undelivered shipments. In the event that the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrectly specified address or name of the recipient, or if you forget to pick it up at the post office, the buyer is obliged to pay for the reshipment of the order and we will send it again. If the address is incorrect due to our fault, we will resend the order at our expense. Upon receipt of the parcel with the order, check the integrity of the package and the weight immediately at the checkout or in the presence of the courier!!! We are not responsible for the safety and integrity of the goods that have been repackaged!

! For parcels with tracking: if you have not received your order within a month after sending, be sure to let us know! We will submit an application for the search for the shipment and, based on the results of the investigation of the Spanish Post, we will find the parcel, or we will receive compensation for its loss. The amount of compensation depends on the estimated value of the parcel . By default, we send the order as a gift with an estimated value of ~30-50 euros and do not include an invoice. Contact us or indicate in the comments to the order if you need to indicate the actual cost for your parcel.

When exchanging and returning goods, all associated costs (transport, postage, etc.) are borne by the buyer.
