Druse is a set of intergrown, randomly arranged crystals. Druse, consisting of small crystals, a few millimeters in size, is called a "brush". Drusen with a flat base and crystals directed away from the center, perpendicular to the base, are called "flower".
Agate Druse's natural color is exceptionally muted colors such as white, grey, brown and cream. To give color and a more spectacular look, a microscopic layer of metal - titanium, platinum, gold or silver - is sprayed onto Drusa to create various iridescent colors and effects.
